Why should I register?

Registering entitles you to buy, sell and view due diligence for our online auctions. It also gives you access to My B4H, where you can track auctions and access other personalized features. Registering on Bid4Homes is free, easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Click here to register now. When you register on Bid4Homes, you are also automatically registered on our sister site Bid4Assets.

How do I register?

It is not necessary to view information on the Bid4Homes site, but you must be a registered user to bid on properties. To register, click here. You may also go through the process of bidding on an item. If you are not registered, a registration page will appear and you must register before you can place a bid. Please note that before you can bid, you will also have to go through the ID Verification process. Click here for information on ID Verification.

Are my username and password case sensitive?

Usernames and passwords are not case sensitive. Note: Your username will appear on the auction page if you are the winning bidder of an auction.

Why should I provide an email address?

Bid4Homes utilizes communication via email to send important information to you including updates on the status of your auctions, notification if you have been outbid on an auction and instructions on completing a transaction when you're the winning bidder. The ability to receive emails regarding your Bid4Homes account is an important aspect to ensuring a positive auction experience. Please make sure your email address is current by reviewing your user profile information in MyBid4H.

I registered, but I'm not able to log into the site?

You must confirm your registration and activate your account before logging in. You should have received an email message containing a link to Bid4Homes. Click on that link to automatically confirm your registration and activate your account.

If you did not receive an email message in your Inbox, check your Bulk/Spam mail folder. If you need assistance in confirming your account please contact our Customer Service at service@bid4homes.com

I've forgotten my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?

To retrieve your password, click on the My B4H link from the site header and then "Forgot your Login Info?" link below the "Login" button. You will be prompted to provide either your email address or user name. Once submitted, your password will be sent automatically. Please contact Customer Service at service@bid4homes.com if you have additional questions.

What are email Alerts?

The best way to be sure you are notified of upcoming auctions and promotions is to sign up for our weekly email alerts. It is very quick and easy to do.

How do I sign up for the alerts?

If you are a registered user, click on the My Profile link located on the left navigation bar of the My B4H section. After logging in, proceed to the auction alert page and make your selections. If you are not already registered, click here, and you will be prompted to sign up for our email alerts.

Is there a cost to sign up for email alerts?

No. It is free to sign up and receive notification of upcoming auctions, promotions and special events.

How do I update my personal information once registered?

For security reasons, you must contact Customer Service at service@bid4homes.com if you want to change the name on your account. You can update the other information you provided during registration in My B4H through the My Profile link located on the left navigation bar. You will be prompted to login and then will be able to review and change your information. Note: Make sure you re-enter your password and click on the "Submit" button at the end of the process to ensure your changes are applied.
