No. Registration is free on Bid4Homes. Registration on Bid4Assets is also free. If you register on Bid4Homes, you are automatically registered on Bid4Assets.
Registering entitles you to buy, sell and view due diligence for certain auctions. It also gives you access to MyB4H, where you can track auctions and access other personalized features. Registering on Bid4Homes is free, easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Click here to register now.
If a property is listed through the 3in1 Listing program, there is no listing fee for listing a property for an online auction.
There is a charge for listing on Bid4Assets. Bid4Asets charges a flat $5 fee for each listing and the following options are included:
* Auction listing page on Bid4Homes' Website
* Access to our self-service image and additional information (due diligence) upload tool
* Images and additional information (due diligence) hosted by Bid4Homes
